بررسی تغییر شکل تکمحوره در تهیجای الماس توسط مدل هابارد
در این مقاله به کمک مدل هابارد تعمیم یافته تنش محوری در راستای [001] در شبکۀ تهیجای الماس مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. این تنش منجر به تغییر مکان اتمهای کربن اطراف تهی جا شده و تقارن را به D2d کاهش میدهد. نتایج به دست آمده از این مدل و به کمک خوشۀ C70H70 در نرمافزار گاوسین نشان میدهد که ترازهای انرژی T (با تبهگنی فضایی سه-گانه) به ترازهای انرژی E (با تبهگنی فضایی دوگانه) و A (بدون تبهگنی فضایی) تبدیل میشوند. همچنین مشاهده شده است که خط جذبی GR1 در تهیجای خنثی (V0) در اثر جابجایی اتمهای اطراف تهیجا در شبکۀ الماس تغییر قابل توجهی میکند و در خط جذبی ND1 در تهیجای منفی (V-) تغییر اندکی مشاهده میشود که با داده های تجربی در توافق است. با توجه به کارهای گستردهای که در این زمینه انجام میشود نتایج بهدست آمده میتواند در تفسیر دادههای تجربی راه گشا باشد.

طراحی و ساخت حسگر اپتیکی رطوبت بر پایه رشد میکرو/ نانومیلههای ZnO روی تار نوری سونش دادهشده
در این تحقیق حسگر نوری رطوبت بهصورت ارزان و با حساسیت بالا توسط رشد میکرو/ نانومیلههای ZnO به روش هیدروترمال روی تار نوری ساخته شد. حسگرهای تارنوری که بر مبنای پرتوهای محو شونده طراحی شدهاند، اگر توسط نانو ساختارها پوشیده شوند حساسیت حسگر را بسیار بهبود می بخشند. میکرو/ نانو میلههای ZnO بطور یکنواخت و بسیار متراکم با روی تار نوری رشد داده شد. با اعمال رطوبت ضریب شکست اطرف تار نوری تغییر کرده و منجر به تغییر شدت نور خروجی میشود. تغییرات شدت نور که متناسب با میزان رطوبت میباشد توسط آشکارساز نوری ثبت گردید. زمان پاسخ و بازگشت پذیری حسگر اندازهگیری شده و مشاهده گردید که توانایی حس کردن رطوبت در سطح قابل قبولی وجود دارد (%10-%100). همچنین اثرات استفاده از منبع نور لیزر و منبع نور گسترده سفید در حساسیت حسگر مطالعه شده است. ساختار و ریخت نانو میلههای ZnO توسط آنالیزهای پراش اشعهی ایکس (XRD) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) مطالعه گردید.

بهینهسازی تحلیل شکل قلة ایکسپیاس برای مطالعة ریخت نانوسیمهای طلای درآمیخته با پلیمر
روشی بهینه برای تحلیل شکل قله ایکسپیاس برای شناسایی دقیق نانوساختارهای فلزی درآمیخته با یک ماتریس پلیمری ارائه میشود. در اینجا، توزیع عمقی نانوسیمهای استوانهای طلای در آمیخته با پلیمر با جزییات بهدست میآید، که در آن تنها از تحلیل یک طیف در گسترة وسیعی از انرژی (حداقل تا 50 الکترونولت پایینتر از انرژی قله) و کاهش زمینة ایجاد شده در اثر برخوردهای ناکشسان الکترونها با لحاظ ترابرد الکترون مربوط به هر دو مؤلفة فلزی و پلیمری استفاده شده است. این بدان معنی است که روشی بسیار ساده و غیر مخرب برای تصویربرداری سه بعدی غیر مستقیم ایکسپیاس برای شناسایی درخط نانوساختارهای سطحی دو مؤلفهای شامل فلز و پلیمر ایجاد شده است که این میتواند روشی بسیار مناسب برای استفاده در خطوط کنترل کیفیت تولید چنین نانوساختارهای سطحی باشد.

بررسی انجماد برخی فلزات مایع با استفاده از نظریة تابعی چگالی وزنی اصلاح شده
در این مقاله گذار فاز مایع–جامد بصورت عددی و با استفاده از تقریب (MWDA)، مدل پتانسیل کرهسخت ( HS) و بستار پرکس یویک (PY )، با محاسبهی انرژی آزاد کل فلزات مایع مانند سدیم، منیزیم و آلومینیم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته شده است. سپس با رسم نمودارهای انرژی آزاد برحسب چگالی، برای مایع کرهسخت و جامدهای fcc ،bcc وhcp مقادیر چگالی جامد و مایع همزیست را محاسبه نمودیم که این نتایج با نتایج شبیه سازی مونت کارلو و سایر کارهای پیش از این در توافق خوبی بود. در آخر پایداری شبکههای fcc ،bcc وhcp با توجه به انرژیهای آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

تولید پوشش متخلخل از الیاف پلی وینیل پیرولیدون به روش الکتروریسی با اثر القای فارادی
الکتروریسی روش سریع، ساده و کارآمد در تولید الیاف به شمار میرود. در این مقاله، نتایج حاصل از الکتروریسی فیبرهایی از پلیمر نارسانای پلی وینیل پیرولیدون حلال اتانول در حضور میدان مغناطیسی متغیر ارائه میگردد. بررسی نمونه ها با میکروسکوپ نوری نشان داد اعمال میدان مغناطیسی متغیر در حین ساخت فیبر موجب پیچیده شدن آنها می شود در حالی که در غیاب میدان الیاف با ساختاری تصادفی و غیر مارپیچ شکل میگیرند. بررسی میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داد اعمال میدان مغناطیسی متغیر موجب یک شکل شدن و پایداری فیبرهای ریسیده شده میگردد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که قطر این فیبرها و نیز پیچش فیبرها تابعی از شدت و فرکانس میدان مغناطیسی هستند.

ارتقاء عامل پارسل نانوآنتنهای پاپیونی پلاسمونیکی برای گسیلندههای نقطۀ کوآنتومی InGaN/GaN در باند سبز
در این مقاله، نانوآنتنهای پلاسمونیکی پاپیونی (بهصورت دو منشور مقابل هم) برای ارتقاء میدان الکتریکی و عامل پارسل گسیلندههای نقطۀ کوآنتومی InGaN/GaN در منطقۀ سبز طراحی شدند. برای این کار، ابتدا فلزات طلا، نقره، مس و آلومینیوم بررسی شدند. نتایج اولیه نشان دادند که نانو پاپیونهای آلومینیومی برای برانگیختگیهای با طولموج نزدیک باند سبز مناسبتر هستند. سپس، اثر اندازه، گاف و زیرلایۀ نانوپاپیونهای آلومینیومی بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که نانوآنتنهای پاپیونی آلومینیومی با طول منشورهای 6/63 نانومتر، ضخامت 30 نانومتر، زاویۀ راس 30 درجه و گاف 20 نانومتر، وقتی روی زیرلایۀ گالیومنیترایدـشیشه رشد داده شوند، عامل پارسلی برابر با 81 در طول موج 535 نانومتر دارند. اگر به جای گالیومنیترایدـشیشه از زیرلایۀ آلومینیومنیترایدـشیشه استفاده شود، عامل پارسل به 3/86 و طولموج تشدید به 495 نانومتر میرسد
