درهمتنیدگی دوبخشی و چندبخشی در گرافهای درهمتنیده
در این پژوهش ابتدا رابطه ای پارامتری برای سنجش مقدار درهم تنیدگی بین هر جفت کیوبیت برای گراف هایی با بیش از چهار کیوبیت به دست می آوریم. سپس مقدار درهم تنیدگی بین هر جفت کیوبیت را در گراف های پنج کیوبیتی محاسبه می کنیم. در ادامه ثابت می کنیم که تعداد 1024 گراف سیستم پنج کیوبیتی بر اساس بیشینه ی درهم تنیدگیِ بین هر جفت کیوبیت به 31 دسته و بر اساس تعداد یال های گراف و درجات رئوس به 40 دسته تقسیم می شوند. علاوه بر این بر اساس نتایج عددی به دست آمده از سنجه های درهم تنیدگی چندبخشی به نام های سنجه ی تلاقی تعمیم یافته، سنجه ی گلوبال و سنجه ی مایر- والاچ نشان می دهیم که تمامیِ گراف های سیستم مذکور به ترتیب در 24، 32 و 23 دسته قرار می گیرند. هم چنین نتایج حاصل از سه سنجه ی مذکور نشان می دهند که بیش ترین مقدار درهم تنیدگی چندبخشی متعلق به گراف حلقه ای و کم ترین مقدار آن مربوط به گراف تک یال است، در حالی که بیش ترین مقدار درهم تنیدگی بین هر جفت کیوبیت در گراف تک یال و کم ترین مقدار آن مربوط به گراف کامل است.

اثر پلیمرهای مختلف بر ویژگیهای ساختاری و مغناطیسی فریت کبالت (CoFe2O4) تهیه شده بهروش سل-ژل
تحقیق حاضر به ساخت و بررسی ویژگیهای ساختاری و مغناطیسی فریت کبالت (CoFe2O4) در حضور پلیمرهای پلی وینیل الکل (Polyvinyl alcohol)، پلی وینیل پیرولیدون (Polyvinyl pyrrolidone)، پلی اتیلن گلیکول (Polyethylene glycol) و اتیلن گلیکول (Ethylene glycol) پرداخته است. نمونهها با استفاده از روش سل- ژل در شرایط یکسان تهیه شدند. به منظور بررسی ویژگیهای ساختاری و مغناطیسی نمونههای تهیه شده، مشخصهیابی های مختلفی از جمله پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD)، طیف سنج مادون قرمز (FT-IR) و مغناطش سنج ارتعاشی (VSM) انجام شد. طیف پراش پرتو ایکس نمونهها نشان داد که نمونههای تهیه شده تقریبا تکفاز و گروه فضایی Fd-3m دارند. بررسی ویژگیهای مغناطیسی نمونهها نیز نشان داد که میزان مغناطش اشباع در نمونهی تهیه شده با پلی وینیل پیرولیدون کمترین مقدار (emu/g50) و در نمونهی تهیه شده با اتیلن گلیکول بیشترین مقدار (emu/g71) است. همچنین میدان وادارندگی برای نمونهی تهیه شده با پلی اتیلن گلیکول کمترین مقدار (Oe904) و برای نمونهی تهیه شده با پلی وینیل الکل بیشترین مقدار (Oe1200) را دارد. این نتایج نشان می دهند که با استفاده از پلیمرهای مختلف در فرایند ساخت، تا حدودی میتوان ویژگیهای مغناطیسی فریتها را کنترل کرد.

محاسبه خواص مکانیکی و ترمودینامیکی ساختار 3C کربید سیلیکون با استفاده از دینامیک مولکولی و نظریه تابعی چگالی
کربید سیلیکون به خاطر خواص فوقالعاده مکانیکی، فیزیکی، ترمودینامیکی و شیمیایی، یک سرامیک بسیار جذاب برای اکثر صنایع است. در این پژوهش خواص مکانیکی و ترمودینامیکی ساختار C3 کربید سیلیکون با استفاده از شبیهسازیهای دینامیک مولکولی و نظریه تابعی چگالی مبتنی بر تقریب شیب تعمیم یافته در دما و فشارهای بالا محاسبه و جهت صحت با نتایج تجربی موجود مقایسه شده است. محاسبات دینامیک مولکولی با استفاده از پتانسیل های بین اتمی ترسوف و واشیشتا صورت گرفته است. نتایج شبیه سازی دلالت بر این دارد که هر دو پتانسیل قابلیت بالایی در بهینهسازی ساختارهای موردنظر دارند. خواص مکانیکی کربید سیلیکون شامل ضرایب کشسانی، مدول حجمی، یانگ و برشی و ضریب پواسون در دما و فشار محیط و فشار و دمای بالا به ترتیب تا 50 گیگاپاسگال و 1000 کلوین با استفاده از پتانسیل ترسوف محاسبه شده که نشان از همخوانی بسیار خوبی با مقادیر تجربی دارند. خواص ترمودینامیکی کربید سیلیکون از قبیل دمای ذوب، دمای دیبای، ظرفیت گرمایی ویژه در حجم و فشار ثابت، ضریب انبساط خطی، و ضریب رسانش گرمایی در فشار محیط و فشار بالا نیز با استفاده از دینامیک مولکولی و نظریه تابعی چگالی محاسبه شدند.

در این مقاله، اثر ابعاد سوسوزن بر شکل تابع پاسخ آشکارسازهای سوسوزن آلی NE102 و NE213 با هندسه استوانه ای مطالعه شده است. طیف تابع پاسخ آشکارسازهای سوسوزن ها با ابعاد مختلف، هنگامی که در معرض تابشهای گامای چشمه های Cs137، Co60 و Na22 قرار گرفتند، با استفاده از کد MCNPX-PHORTACK شبیه سازی و سپس اندازه گیری شد. با استفاده از تابع پاسخ های شبیه سازی و تجربی، میزان تأثیر اندازه سوسوزن بر شکل تابع پاسخ، قدرت تفکیک انرژی و بازدهی برای آشکارسازهای سوسوزن محاسبه شد. مقایسه مقادیر شبیه سازی بازدهی و قدرت تفکیک انرژی سوسوزن ها با مقادیر اندازهگیری شده و نتایج تجربی دیگران، همخوانی خوبی را نشان می دهد.

اثر جذب سطحی نانو لایه h-BN روی خواص ساختاری و الکترونی تک لایه WS2 با استفاده از اصول اولیه
جذب تک لایه h-BN بر روی نانولایه WS2 در چارچوب نظریه تابع چگالی و با استفاده از کد محاسباتی کوانتوم اسپرسو بررسی شده است. محاسبات با تابع های تبادلی-همبستگی شامل LDA،GGA و با استفاده از دو رهیافت نیمهتجربی و ابتدا به ساکن با به کارگیری تابعهای DFT-D2، vdW-DF2و vdW-DF2B86R صورت گرفته تا کارایی تابعهای مختلف برای پیشبینی انرژی جذب، مکانیسم جذب و فاصله جذب بین دو لایه h-BN و WS2 بررسی شوند. به منظور اعمال برهمکنش واندروالس تصصیح نیروی پراکندگی دور برد در دو رهیافت نیمهتجربی و ابتدا به ساکن بررسی شده است و به نظر میرسد که تقریب vdW-DF2B86R مناسبترین تابع باشد. هر دو رهیافت ابتدا به ساکن و نیمهتجربی جذب فیزیکی بدون انتقال بار خالص بین دو صفحه h-BN و WS2 را پیشبینی میکنند. همچنین خواص الکترونی، ساختاری و چگالی حالتها برای ترکیب نامتجانس WS2/h-BN بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که سامانۀ مرکب ساختاری با گاف مستقیم در نقطه K دارد که از نقطه نظر تجربی نیز مورد تایید میباشد

مقاومت مغناطیسی تنظیمپذیر در پیوندگاه گرافین گافدار تحت کشش در حضور سد مغناطیسی
در تحقیق حاضر با اعمال همزمان کشش و سد مغناطیسی به گرافین گافدار که بین دو الکترود فرومغناطیسی قرار گرفته است ضریب عبور و رسانش پیوندگاه بررسی شده و شرایط رسیدن به بیشینه مقاومت مغناطیسی مهیا شده است. نتایج نشان میدهند اعمال کشش به تنهایی منجر به ایجاد گاف درهای در ساختار گرافین نمیشود و این گاف با اعمال سد مغناطیسی در حضور کشش در ساختار گرافین قابل ایجاد و با تغییر مقدار گاف جرمی زیر لایه قابل کنترل و تنظیم است. همچنین نشان داده شده است که مقاومت مغناطیسی پیوندگاه به شدت به پارامترهای کشش اعمالی به گرافین، سد مغناطیسی، پیکربندی بردار مغناطش نواحی فرومغناطیس و گاف جرمی زیر لایه وابسته است به گونه-ای که با انتخاب مقادیر مناسبی برای پارامترهای مذکور، مقاومت مغناطیسی پیوندگاه به 100% میرسد. به طور مشخص برای دره K با تغییر پیکربندی از موازی به پادموازی با اعمال مقادیر مذکور، نمودار رسانش پادموازی سریعتر نسبت به نمودار رسانش موازی به صفر میرسد. در این شرایط پیوندگاه فقط برای پیکربندی رسانش موازی از خود عبور نشان میدهد که این امر منجر به بیشینه شدن مقاومت مغناطیسی پیوندگاه میشود. تنظیمپذیر بودن مقاومت مغناطیسی پیوندگاه نشان دهندۀ کاربرد آن در وسایل اسپین-الکترونیکی بر پایۀ گرافین است.

بررسی همزمان سازی سیستم های یکسان و غیر یکسان
همانگونه که می دانیم روش های متعددی برای همزمان سازی سیستم های بی نظم وجود دارد. در این تحقیق، روش هم زمانی تطبیقی را برای سه سیستم جالب مورد مطالعه قرار می دهیم. این سیستم ها شامل سیستم راسلر-راسلر، سیستم لیو- لیو و سیستم لیو- راسلر می باشند. همزمانی این سیستم ها را تحت شرایط گوناگون شبیه سازی می کنیم. شبیه سازی همزمانی بین سیستم های مورد مطالعه نشان می دهند که این سیستم ها حتی در حضور پارامتر های نامعلوم می توانند به طور کامل همزمان شوند. از نتایج به دست آمده در می یابیم که سرعت همزمانی در سیستم راسلر- راسلر سریعتر از دو سیستم دیگر می باشد. همچنین، سیستم لیو- لیو سریعتر سیستم سوم همزمان می شود. به طور خلاصه می توان گفت که روش شبیه سازی تطبیقی برای سیستم های یکسان (راسلر- راسلر و لیو- لیو) بهتر عمل می کند و این سیستم ها زودتر همزمان می شوند.

حالت های لبه ای توپولوژیک القاشده بوسیله ی لیزر در یک زنجیره با طیف انرژی چهار نواری
بر اساس نظریه سیستمهای کوانتومی واداشتهی دورهای، بواسطه اعمال نور بر سیستمهای حالت جامد مسیر جدیدی برای یافتن فازهای توپولوژیک میتوان ایجاد نمود. در اینجا ما به صورت نظری یک شبکه یک بعدی را به صورت سیم کوانتومی در نظر میگیریم که تحت اعمال یک پرتو لیزر با قطبش خطی قرار دارد. با استفاده از نظریهی فلوکه هامیلتونی وابسته به زمان سیستم را به صورت هامیلتونی مستقل از زمان مینویسیم و به بررسی طیف شبه انرژی سیستم میپردازیم. نتایج بدست آمده نشان میدهد که به ازای مقادیر متفاوتی از هاپینگ و همچنین مقادیری از شدت لیزر اعمال شده، سیستم میزبان صفر، یک، دو یا سه جفت حالت لبهای است. برای محاسبهی ناوردای توپولوژیک، از فاز بری (فاز زاک در یک بعد) استفاده کردهایم که برای یک، دو و سه جفت حالت لبهای بترتیب ناوردای توپولوژیک مقادیر یک، دو و سه را کسب میکند. همچنین در این سیستم تقارنهای معکوس زمانی، الکترون-حفره، کایرال و پاریته وجود دارد. اگر تقارن پاریته شکسته شود، حالتهای لبهای در گاف اصلی و همچنین گاف زیرنوارهای ظرفیت و رسانش از بین میروند.

بررسی محبوسشدگی کوارکها به روش ایوالد روی شبکه مشبندیشده
در این پژوهش ما به مطالعه پدیده محبوسشدگی کوارکها با استفاده از دایونها به عنوان ساختارهای خلا نظریه QCD پرداختیم و تعمیم روش ایوالد روی شبکه مشبندیشده را روی آنسامبلی از دایونهای بدون برهمکنش و با برهمکنش اعمال کردیم. به این ترتیب توانستیم تابعیت خطی انرژی آزاد جفت کوارک و پادکوارک را نسبت به فاصله آنها از یکدیگر در هر دو شبیهسازی بدون برهمکنش و با برهمکنش در دمای نزدیک به دمای وامحبوسشدگی نشان دهیم و همچنین نشان دادیم که با اضافه کردن برهمکنشهای بین دایونی به یک سیستم، کشش ریسمان و یا به عبارت دیگر شدت میدانهای گلوئونی افزایش مییابد و دمای سیستم کاهش پیدا میکند.

مطالعۀ ساخت نانوذرات آلومینات استرانسیوم و آلایش با دیسپروزیوم
در این پژوهش، ساخت نانوذرات آلومینات استرانسیوم (SrAl2O4) به روش احتراقی به کمک مایکروویو و آلایش آنها با دیسپروزیوم (SrAl2O4:Dy) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مشخصه یابی نانوذرات با روش های XRD،FT-IR ،EDS ،FESEM ، UV-Vis و PL انجام شد. در مرحلة ساخت، الگوهای پراش پرتوی ایکس تشکیل آلومینات استرانسیوم با تقارن تک میلی و گروه فضایی P1211 را در نمونه با نسبت سوخت به نیترات 3 به 1، مقدار pH برابر با 5/5، زمان 5 دقیقه تابش دهی در مایکروویو، زمان پخت 1 ساعت و دمای پخت 600 درجة سانتی گراد تأیید کرد. با استفاده از داده های حاصل از پراش پودری پرتوی ایکس و فرمول شرر، متوسط اندازة نانوبلورک ها حدود 26 نانومتر به دست آمد. در مرحلة جانشینی، درصدهای مختلف آلایش با دیسپروزیوم، به منظور بهینه سازی فوتولومینسانس نانوذرات SrAl2O4 بررسی شد. در میان نانوذرات ساخته-شده، نانوذرات Sr0.9Al2O4:Dy0.1 با متوسط اندازة نانوذرات 3±34 نانومتر، پهنای توزیع فراوانی 30 تا 35 نانومتر، گاف اپتیکی01/0±21/4 الکترون ولت و دارا بودن بیشترین شدت نشر در طیف فوتولومینسانس، به عنوان نمونة بهینه از لحاظ خواص ساختاری و نوری شناخته شدند.

اندازه گیری جابجایی فاز به روش تداخل سنج قطبشی هتروداین در حسگر تشدید پلاسمون سطحی
از میان روشهای مختلف اندازه گیری مبتنی بر پلاسمون سطحی، آشکارسازی فاز موج پلاسمون سطحی یکی از دقیقترین و حساسترین روشها بهحساب میآید. فاز موج را می توان با دقت مناسبی به روش های مختلف تداخلی اندازه گیری نمود. در این پژوهش ابتدا فاز و شدت موج پلاسمون سطحی شبیه سازی شده و سپس با پیاده سازی چیدمان آزمایشگاهی تداخل سنج قطبشی هتروداین تغییر فاز موج پلاسمون سطحی و پاسخ آن نسبت به عامل خارجی (تغییر ضریب شکست محیط پیرامون) بدست آمده است. با توجه به آزمایش های انجام شده، مقدار میانگین حساسیت فاز در آزمون آب-الکل برابر 0/4266 degree/%gr/ml و برای آزمون آب-گلوکز برابر 1/4765 degree/%gr/ml و میزان قدرت تفکیک غلظت در آزمون آب-الکل برابر 0/49 %gr/ml و در آزمون آب-گلوکز برابر 0/14 %gr/ml بدست آمده است.

بررسی اثر اضافه کردن کاتیون ترکیبی روبیدیم-سزیم روی عملکرد سلول خورشیدی پروسکایتی هالید و کاتیون ترکیبی MAFAPb(IBr)3
در این تحقیق، کاتیون ترکیبی روبیدیم-سزیم (2(RbCsI به محلول اصلی پروسکایت با ساختارMA0.17FA0.83Pb(I0.83Br0.17)3 تزریق گردید. در ساختار اصلی این سلول، هم کاتیون های MA و FA و هم آنیون های برم (Br) و ید (I) که هالید ساختار هستند، وجود دارند. نسبت روبیدیم و سزیم برابر هم انتخاب شد و نسبت محلول یدید روبیدیم-سزیم برابر 5 % کل محلول اصلی پروسکایت در نظر گرفته شد. برای مقایسه سلولی دیگر به عنوان سلول شاهد ساخته شد که در آن فقط کاتیون سزیم (CsI) به محلول اصلی پروسکایت با ساختار فوق الذکر تزریق شد. در ادامه سلول حاوی کاتیون روبیدیم-سزیم با سلول شاهد با توجه به نتایج تست های I-V، XRD و SEM مقایسه و بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان دادند که بازده سلول حاوی کاتیون روبیدیم-سزیم4/0 درصد بیشتر از بازده سلول شاهد می باشند. علاوه براین پیک های پروسکایت در سلول حاوی کاتیون روبیدیم-سزیم شدت بیشتری نسبت به سلول شاهد دارد که نشان دهنده بلورینگی و خلوص بیشتر پروسکایت حاوی کاتیون روبیدیم-سزیم است. همچنین تصاویر SEM نشان میدهند که حفره ها در پروسکایت حاوی کاتیون روبیدیم-سزیم کمتر از سلول شاهد می باشد. بنابراین سلول خورشیدی پروسکایتی حاوی کاتیون روبیدیم-سزیم نسبت به سلول شاهد بهبود یافته است.

تحلیل QCD تابع ساختار غیریکتای xF3 در پراکندگی ناکشسان ژرف نوترینو-نوکلئون
در این مقاله با استفاده از دادههای تجربی گروههای CDHSWوCHORUS CCFR, NuTeV, برآنیم تا توابع توزیع ظرفیتی کوارکهای u و d را در طیف گستردهای از x و2^Q تعیین و آنها را بههمراه خطاهای همبسته در چارچوب xFitter استخراج کنیم. ما نتایج را برای توابع توزیع کوارک ظرفیتی بههمراه عدم قطعیت آنها استخراج نموده و با دیگر مدلهای مختلف مقایسه میکنیم. نتایج محاسبات ما برای ثابت جفتشدگی قوی در دو تقریب NLO و NNLO با نتایج مدلهای مختلف و نتایج اخیرPDG در توافق است. نتایج استخراج شده برای توزیع کوارک ظرفیتی با مدلهای نظری موجود سازگاری خوبی دارد.

تحلیل عددی ایجاد میدان دنبالهی پالس میکروموج با پروفایل گاوسی در یک موجبر پلاسمایی
در این مقاله، انتشار پالس میکروموجی با نمایه گاوسی درون یک موجبر پلاسمایی مستطیلی درحضور یک میدان مغناطیسی یکنواخت خارجی بررسی شده است. برای این منظور، با استفاده از معادلات ماکسول و معادلات هیدرودینامیکی سیال، معادله دیفرانسیلی برای پتانسیل دنباله پالس در موجبر محاسبه شده است. در ادامه با حل این معادله دیفرانسیل با استفاده از روش محاسباتی رانگ-کوتا مرتبه 4، توزیع میدان الکتریکی دنباله پالس (E ⃗_w) در موجبر پلاسمایی با فرض اینکه طول زمانی پالس برابر با دوره زمانی موج پلاسمایی است، شبیهسازی شده و تاثیر شدت و فرکانس پالس، عرض موجبر، چگالی الکترونی پلاسما و بزرگی میدان مغناطیسی خارجی بر انتشار پالس در موجبر و ایجاد میدان دنباله (ردپای پالس) بررسی گردیده است. نتایج عددی نشان میدهد که میدان دنباله پالس میکروموج، با افزایش شدت پالس، طول زمانی پالس و میدان مغناطیسی خارجی تقویت یافته و با افزایش چگالی پلاسما، فرکانس پالس و عرض موجبر تضعیف میشود. بنابراین با بهینه سازی پارامترهای مربوط به پالس گاوسی و موجبر پلاسمایی، ایجاد میدان دنباله پالس قوی به منظور شتابدهی ذرات باردار امکانپذیر میباشد.

رشد نانوساختارهای اکسیدتیتانیوم با روشهای آندایز و تبخیر شیمیایی و بررسی خواص فیزیکی آنها
در این تحقیق نانوساختارهای اکسید تیتانیوم با مورفولوژیهای نانوصفحه و نانولوله با دو روش متفاوت تبخیر شیمیایی و آندایز تشکیل شدهاند و ریخت شناسی و خواص فیزیکی این دو ساختار از جمله ساختار و پاسخ نوری بهترتیب با دستگاههای میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FESEM)، دستگاه پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) و دستگاه بازتاب پخشی (DRS) بررسی شدهاست. مشاهده شد که دو مورفولوژی متفاوت از اکسیدتیتانیوم خواص ساختاری و اپتیکی منحصر بهفرد خود را داشته است. این خواص متفاوت فیزیکی از اکسید تیتانیوم میتواند منجر به کاربردهای متفاوتی از این ماده شود. بنابراین با کنترل مورفولوژی اکسیدتیتانیوم با بهکارگیری روشهای متفاوت امکان تغییر خواص فیزیکی و در نتیجه کاربردهای متفاوت خواهد بود.

ساخت نانومیلههای هسته/پوسته ZnO/ZnS به روش آبی- حرارتی و بررسی خواص ساختاری و نوری آنها
در این تحقیق، ساخت نانومیلههای ZnO و نانومیلههای هسته/پوستة ZnO/ZnS گزارش شده است. نانوساختارهای حاصل توسط روشهای مختلفی شامل : پراش پرتوی ایکس (XRD)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FESEM)، طیفسنج فرابنفش- مرئی (UV-Visible) و طیفسنج فوتولومینسانسی (PL) مورد مطالعه و مشخصهیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از الگوهای XRD برای نانومیلههای اکسید روی ساختار بلوری ورتسایت ششوجهی و برای نانوذرات ZnS رشد یافته روی نانومیلههای ZnO ساختار بلوری بلندروی مکعبی را بهوضوح نشان میدهد. مطالعة ریختشناسی این ساختارها توسط SEM و FESEM قطر را برای نانومیلههای اکسید روی، نانوذرات ZnS و نانومیلههای هسته/پوستة ZnO/ZnS بهترتیب 70، 20 و 120 نانومتر نشان میدهد. طیف جذبی نانومیلههای ZnO/ZnS در مقایسه با نانومیلههای ZnO و نانوذرات ZnS به-وضوح یک جابجایی به سمت طولموجهای بلندتر را برای ساختار هسته/پوسته نشان میدهد. همانطور که پیشبینی شده است، این جابجایی ناشی از کاهش گاف نواری مؤثر ساختار هسته/پوسته میباشد. مطالعات طیف PL نانوساختارها نشان داد که پوششدهی نانومیلههای اکسید روی توسط ZnS باعث کاهش برخی نواقص ساختاری و درنتیجه کاهش تابش مرئی حاصل از آن نقص میشود.

بهبود عملکرد ابزارهای الکترونیکی بر پایه پلی تیوفین به روش مهندسی گاف انرژی در حضور گرافین.
نظریه تابعی چگالی (DFT) و نظریه اختلال بس ذرهای G0W0 به منظور بررسی تغییر خواص الکترونی پلیمر پلیتیوفین (PT) در مجاورت گرافین به کار گرفته شدند. نتیجه تحلیل تغییر چگالی بار نسبت به قبل از برهمکنش متقابل، نشان دهندهی شکل-گیری دوقطبی الکتریکی قوی و جذب از نوع فیزیکی در سطح میباشد. تغییر پتانسیل الکتریکی محاسبه شده نشاندهندهی تغییر تابع کار به مقدار از مقدار اولیه آن است. نتایج به دست آمده ازDFT تغییری را در گاف انرژی پلیمر نشان نمیدهند، در حالی که تغییر گاف انرژی در مجاورت گرافین نسبت به زنجیره منفرد که از نتایج نظریه اختلال بسذرهای G0W0 به دست آمده است چشمگیر است.

پاسخ پلاسمونیکی تنظیم پذیر دیسک های دوتایی متصل به هم بر پایه ی ایندیوم آنتی موناید در بازه ی تراهرتز
در این مقاله به صورت عددی خواص نوری ساختار پلاسمونیکی متشکل از آرایهی متناوب دیسکهای دوتایی متصل به هم مبتنی بر نیمههادی ایندیوم آنتیموناید (InSb) به کمک روش تفاضل محدود حوزهی زمان ( FDTD) در بازه تراهرتز بررسی شدهاست. نتایج شبیهسازی نشاندهنده پدیدار شدن دو مد پلاسمونی تراهرتز است که به ترتیب مد پلاسمونی انتقال بار و مد پلاسمونی دو قطبی پیوندی میباشد. مد پلاسمونی انتقال بار ناشی از مسیر ارتباطی رسانای بین دو دیسک و مد پلاسمونی دو قطبی پیوندی ناشی از جفتشدگی پلاسمونها است. نشانداده شدهاست که با تغییر پارامترهای هندسی راه ارتباطی رسانای بین دو دیسک خواص نوری ساختار پیشنهادی قابلیت تنظیمپذیری بالایی دارد. کاهش طول پل ارتباطی بین دو دیسک باعث افزایش شدت میدان الکتریکی حبث شده در فاصلهی بین دو دیسک، و افزایش عرض مسیر ارتباطی به ترتیب باعث کاهش و افزایش دامنهی مد پلاسمونی انتقال بار و مد پلاسمونی دوقطبی پیوندی میشود. ساختار پیشنهادی در بازه 0.1 تا 2.2 تراهرتز حساس به زاویهی پولاریزاسیون نور تابشی است که قابلیت ساختار برای عمل به عنوان سوئیچ حساس به پلاریزاسیون در بازه تراهرتز را نشان میدهد. این ساختار پلاسمونیکی میتواند کاربردهای قابل توجهی در زمینهی امنیت، عکسبرداری و طیف-سنجی در بازه تراهرتز داشتهباشد.

بررسی خواص الکترونی نانوساختارهای n=1-5) C20-nGen , C20-nSin) به روش نظریۀ تابعی چگالی
در این تحقیق نانو ساختارهایC20 bowl ، (n=1-5) C20-nSin وn=1-5) ) C20-nGenاز نظر پایداری ترمودینامیکی، گاف انرژی، هدایت الکتریکی و کاربرد آنها در سلول خورشیدی به کمک نظریه تابعی چگالی در سطح محاسبات کوانتومیLSDA/6-31G در دمای اتاق مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفته اند. پایدارترین ساختارها در 300 کلوین، C17Si3 و C15Ge5 نتیجه شده اند. نتایج نشان میدهند که تعداد استخلاف سیلیکون و یا ژرمانیم تاثیر منظمی بر گاف انرژی ندارد اما منجر به کاهش قابل ملاحظة گاف انرژی در همه ساختارها و افزایش هدایت الکتریکی میشود. کمترین گاف انرژی و بیشترین هدایت الکتریکی در C17Ge3 و C16Si4 بدست آمده است. گاف سطح انرژی تراز هومو ی جزء دهندة الکترون و سطح انرژی تراز لوموی جزء پذیرندة الکترون، فاکتور مهمی در انتقال الکترون بین دو ساختار با پتانسیل کاربرد فتو ولتائیکی است. دو ساختار C17Si3 بعنوان پذیرنده الکترون و C15Ge5 بعنوان دهنده الکترون، با ماکزیمم مقدار ولتاژ(Voc) (93/1ولت)، میتوانند در ساخت سلول خورشیدی بکار روند.

طراحی و ساخت حسگر میدان مغناطیسی بر پایه فیبرنوری نازک شده با استفاده از نانو فروسیال
در این تحقیق حسگر میدان مغناطیسی بصورت مقرون به صرفه و با حساسیت بالا بر پایه فیبرنوری نازک شده با استفاده از سیال مغناطیسی طراحی شده است. نانوفروسیال توسط آنالیزهای پراش اشعهی ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مشخصهیابی شد. حسگرمیدان مغناطیسی با قرار دادن فروسیال حول فیبرهای نوری با طول یکسان وقطرهای مختلف تهیه شدند. اثر قطر فیبر نوری بر خواص حسگر بصورت تجربی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. فیبر نوری با قطر 4/0 میلیمتر بیشترین حساسیت mT/dbm 0189/0 بیشترین گستره آشکار سازی میدان از mT 5/2 تاmT 125 را نسبت به سایر نمونهها از خود نشان داد. حسگر در حالت بهینهی عملکرد پاسخی خطی و در حدود 99 % را نشان داد.
