محاسبة ساختار نواری، تابع دی الکتریک و طیف اتلاف انرژی هگزاگونال بورون نیترید دو لایه تحت کرنش صفحه ای دو محوری
با استفاده از نظریة تابعی چگالی خواص الکتریکی و اپتیکی هگزاگونال بورون نیترید (h-BN) دو لایه تحت کرنش صفحه ای دو محوری بررسی می شوند. محاسبة انرژی کل دو حالت برهم چینش AA و AB نشان می دهد که حالت AB پایدارتر از حالت AA است. h-BN دو لایه دارای گاف نواری غیر مستقیم به اندازة 4.33 eV در راستایK-M است. با اعمال کرنش تراکمی، کمینة نوار رسانش در نقطة M نسبت به تراز فرمی به سمت بالا و لبة نوار رسانش در نقطة به سمت پایین جابجا می شود. به ازای -6% کرنش تراکمی گاف نواری به گاف نواری غیر مستقیم در راستای K- تبدیل می شود. با اعمال کرنش کششی، کمینة نوار رسانش در نقاط K و M نسبت به تراز فرمی به سمت پایین جا بجا می شود و گاف نواری کاهش می یابد. توابع اپتیکی h-BN دو لایه، شامل تابع دی الکتریک، طیف اتلاف انرژی و ضریب شکست، تحت کرنش کششی (تراکمی) به سمت انرژی های کمتر (بیشتر) جابه جا می شوند. محاسبات نشان می دهند که با اعمال کرنش می توان خواص الکتریکی و اپتیکی h-BN دو لایه را تغییر داد که این نتایج می تواند در طراحی نیمرساناهای جدید مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

مطالعه اثر ترموالکتریک در رژیم پاسخ غیرخطی: بروز مقاومت دیفرانسیلی ترموالکتریک منفی و یکسوسازی جریان ترموالکتریکی
جستجو برای یافتن چشمه های انرژی تجدید پذیر تبدیل به چالش مهمی در پیش روی محققان شده است. در سالهای اخیر ترموالکتریسیته به عنوان یک مولد انرژی الکتریکی پاک و سبز شناخته شده است. پدیدهای ترموالکتریک در رژیم غیرخطی حوزه جدیدی در تحقیقات را تشکیل می دهند که پیش بینی می شود کارآیی ترموالکتریک را افزایش بدهند. به نظر می رسد مواد ترموالکتریک ارگانیک (TM) به دلیل دارا بودن ویژگی های خاص خود، فرصت منحصر به فردی را در توسعه مواد ترموالکتریک تجزیه پذیر زیستی، انعطاف پذیر و هوشمند فراهم می کنند. در این مطالعه، ترموالکتریک غیرخطی مبتنی برنانوملکول دی.ان.آ را توصیف می کنیم. مشاهده میشود که با استفاده از اختلاف دما بین منبع و گیرنده، جریان الکتریسیته محسوسی تولید می شود. با تنظیم اختلاف دما، پدیده مقاومت دیفرانسیلی ترموالکتریک منفی (NDTER) را می توان به دست آورد. NDTER به پدیدهای اشاره دارد که در آن جریان الکتریکی با افزایش اختلاف دما کاهش مییابد. علاوه بر این، با تنظیم تفاوت دما بین مخازن سرد و گرم و تغییر درجه حرارت مخزن داغ، جریانهای بار برای جهت در دو جهت متضاد ΔT متفاوت است. این چیزی است که یکسوساز ترموالکتریک نامیده می شود.

وابستگی آهنگ رشد ناپایداری مدولاسیونی به عدد موج، دامنه موج سالیتاری و دمای تعادلی پلاسمای الکترون- پوزیترون نسبیتی
در این تحقیق، ناپایداری مدولاسیونی امواج سالیتاری ناشی از اندرکنش لیزر پرشدت با یک پلاسمای الکترون- پوزیترون نسبیتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. فاکتور نسبیتی و چگالی ذرات پلاسما به صورت تابعی از پتانسیل های نرده ای و برداری، دمای پلاسما، سرعت سیال پلاسما و سرعت سولیتون و به روش تحلیلی به دست آمده و با بهره گیری از آن معادله حاکم بر مولفه عمودی موج الکترومغناطیسی استخراج شده است. رابطه پاشندگی مربوط به سیستم مورد بررسی به دست آمده و با بهره گیری از کارهای عددی به بررسی تغییرات نرخ رشد ناپایداری مدولاسیونی پرداخته ایم. نشان داده ایم که ناپایداری مدولاسیونی به عدد موج و دامنه موج سالیتاری و دمای تعادلی پلاسما وابسته است. همچنین خواهیم دید که بسته به سرعت نسبی سیال پلاسما و موج سالیتاری، ناپایداری مدولاسیونی رفتارهای متضادی از خود نشان می دهد.

استفاده ازساختار زمانی بهمن های گسترده هوایی جهت تفکیک جرمی پرتو های کیهانی
در کار حاضر پرتوهای کیهانی پروتون و آهن در انرژی1017 الکترون ولت و زاویه های سرسویی 20 تا 45 درجه با استفاده از کُدCORSIKA و مدل های اندرکنشی انرژی های بالا (QGSJETII04 )و مدل های اندرکنشی انرژی پایین GHEISHA2002d و در ارتفاع 1200 متر از سطح دریا (تهران) شبیه سازی شده اند. و با ثبت زاویه سمتی ، مکان و زمان رسیدن ذرات ثانویه نتایج شبیه سازی تحلیل و زمان خیز (rise time) ذرات ثانویه ( الکترون ها و میون ها) محاسبه شده است . با بررسی وابستگی زمان خیز به فاصله از محور بهمن و زاویه سمتی ما نشان داده ایم در توزیع سمتی زمان خیز عدم تقارنی وجود دارد که میتواند برای تفکیک جرمی پرتوهای اولیه مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.

بررسی تأثیر پتانسیل متناوب و ثابت بر روی ترابرد گرافین سه لایه با ساختار برنلABA
گرافین صفحهای از اتمهای کربن است که به صورت یک تا چندلایه (حدود ده لایه) خواص دوبعدی خود را حفظ میکند. در این بین گرافین سهلایه به علت پایداری و فراوانی نسبت به دیگر ساختارها، مورد توجه است. چون تعداد و چگونگی قرارگیری لایهها نسبت به هم خواص ترابردی ماده و طیف پاشندگی را تغییر میدهد؛ بنابراین در بررسی گرافین سهلایه ساختار برنل ABA به تحلیل هامیلتونی و ساختار نواری آن پرداختهایم. بررسیها یکبار در حالت نرمال و بار دیگر در حضور دو نوع پتانسیل انجام شده است. ترابرد الکتریکی قطعهای از گرافین سهلایه در حضور سد پتانسیل بین دو قطعه نرمال بدون پتانسیل، بررسی شده و نمودار بهنجار شدهی رسانش، از رویکرد لاندائو- بوتیکر تحلیل و ترسیم شدهاست؛ رسانش بسته به اندازه پتانسیل اعمالی و طول ناحیه میانی میتواند ماکزیموم و مینیموم مقدار خود را داشته باشد؛ یعنی با اعمال هر دو نوع پتانسیل ترابرد بار کنترل میشود. چون تغییرات رسانش بین صفر و یک نمادی برای کاربرد قطعات نانوالکترونیک در ساخت ترانزیستورهای صنعتی on- off با ابعاد بسیار کوچک است؛ در اینجا به بررسی روشهای اعمال پتانسیلی پرداختهایم که میتواند با ایجاد سدپتانسیل الکتریکی، رسانش را در محدودهی خاصی بین صفر و یک کنترل کند.

خواص ترابردی وابسته به اسپین در ابرشبکهی سیلیسینی تحت کرنش
با استفاده از روش ماتریس انتقال بصورت نظری به مطالعهی خواص ترابردی اسپینی در ابرشبکهی سیلیسینی در حضور برهمکنش اسپین-مدار راشبای خارجی و کرنش میپردازیم. به دلیل حضور برهمکنش اسپین-مدار راشبای خارجی، رسانش اسپینی و چرخش اسپینی را میتوان با قدرت کرنش و برهمکنش اسپین-مدار راشبای خارجی تنظیم کرد. برای مقادیر خاصی از قدرت اسپین-مدار راشبای خارجی الکترونها فقط در صورتی که چرخش کامل اسپینی انجام دهند مجاز به عبور از ابرشبکهی سیلیسینی هستند. همچنین رسانش اسپینی را میتوان بطور موثر با تعداد سدهای ابرشبکه کنترل کرد، هر چه تعداد سدهای ابرشبکه افزایش پیدا میکند، رسانش اسپینی کاهش مییابد. نتایج نشان میدهد که با اعمال کرنش در راستای دسته صندلی بر خلاف کرنش در راستای زیگزاگ قطبش اسپینی مشاهده میشود و با افزایش قدرت برهمکنش اسپین-مدار راشبای خارجی افزایش مییابد. همچنین اندازهی قطبش اسپینی را میتوان با قدرت کرنش تنظیم کرد. بیشترین مقدار قطبش اسپینی در یک ابرشبکهی سیلیسینی با هر تعداد سد پتانسیل در کرنش 2% رخ میدهد.

طیفسنجی عدسی نورگرمایی در تشخیص ناخالصی فلزی در آب
در این تحقیق، توانایی روش طیفسنجی عدسی نورگرمایی با چیدمان دو لیزر پمپ و پروب پیوسته برای آشکارسازی مقادیر جزیی ناخالصی در آب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این منظور، غلظتهای مختلف یون آهن محلول در ترکیب چهار به یک آب و اتانول، مطالعه شد. جهت افزایش حساسیت روش از تقویتکننده قفلشونده و مدولاسیون شدت باریکه پمپ استفاده شد. همچنین، وابستگی شدت سیگنال نورگرمایی بهدست آمده بر حسب فرکانس مدولاسیون باریکه پمپ بررسی شد و فرکانس بهینه بر اساس افزایش شدت سیگنال و کم بودن انحراف معیار آن، Hz 6 انتخاب شد. در فرکانس بهینه، حد آشکارسازی این روش برای نمونه یون آهن دو بار یونیزه 20 نانوگرم بر لیتر بهدست آمد.

محاسبه انرژی بستگی و تابع موج تتراکوارک bbss با پتانسیل شبکه QCD به روش تحلیلی
در این مقاله، تتراکوارک به عنوان حالت مقید چهار کوارکی با دو پادکوارک سنگین bb ودو کوارک سبک ss، در نظر گرفته می شود. همچنین تتراکوارک، به عنوان یک سیستم دو جسمی متشکل از دو مزون فرض شده، که هر مزون، از یک کوارک سبک و یک پادکوارک سنگین تشکیل شده است. با توجه به سنگین بودن هر مزون، می توان از تقریب بورن-اپنهایمر استفاده نمود. بنابراین معادله شرودینگر، با جایگذاری پتانسیل bb بدست آمده از شبکه QCD، حل خواهد شد. با حل معادلات بدست آمده از معادله شرودینگر، انرژی بستگی و تابع موج تتراکوارک، برای حالت اسکالر ss بدست می آید. در نهایت مقادیر بدست آمده برای انرژی بستگی با مقادیر تعیین شده در سایر مقالات مقایسه می گردد. همچنین، با توجه به نمودارهای تابع موج این ذره، شعاع تتراکوارک تخمین زده می شود.

بررسی تحلیلی پدیده تونل زنی اسپین با درنظرگرفتن برانگیختگیهای دوقطبی در آهنربای تک ملکولی Mn12
پدیده تونل زنی اسپین در آهن ربای تک ملکولی Mn12 با استفاده از روش محاسبه اینستانتونی مطالعه و از حالت همدوس در پارامتر حقیقی در گروه SU(2) به عنوان تابع اولیه استفاده شده است. برای این آهن ربای تک ملکولی، شکافتگی ترازهای انرژی حاصل شده ( پله های حلقه پسماند مغناطیسی ) مربوط به جملهای در کنش کلاسیکی میباشد که از فاز بری نتیجه میشود و این جمله باعث تداخل بین مسیرهای تونل زنی (اینستانتونها) میشود. در محاسبات تحلیلی انجام شده، از فرض خطی بودن جوابهای اینستانتونی بر حسب میدان مغناطیسی اعمالی استفاده شده و مشاهده میشود تعداد نقاط خاموش شوی پدیده تونل زنی مغناطیسی ، که همان تعداد پله ها در حلقه پسماند مغناطیسی می باشد، با تعداد نقاط بدست آمده از محاسبات عددی برابر است. البته موقعیت نقاط ( اندازهی میدانی که در آن دامنه تونل زنی صفر می شود) متفاوت است.
